Welcome to Nebula Pulse, a Docker Swarm management platform.
By accessing our services, you agree to the following terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Nebula Pulse ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you agree to these terms for that organization.

2. Scope of Service

Nebula Pulse provides an orchestration interface and automation layer for Docker Swarm clusters. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.

3. User Responsibilities

  • Infrastructure Security: You are solely responsible for the security and configuration of the nodes, stacks, and services managed via the platform.
  • Credential Management: You must maintain the confidentiality of your API keys, SSH keys, and account passwords.
  • Lawful Use: You agree not to use the Service for any illegal activities, including unauthorized network stress testing or hosting malicious containers.

4. Intellectual Property

All software, code, and UI elements comprising Nebula Pulse are the exclusive property of Nebula Pulse. You are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use the platform for its intended management functions.

5. Limitation of Liability

NEBULA PULSE IS PROVIDED "AS IS." WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY SYSTEM DOWNTIME, DATA LOSS, OR ORCHESTRATION FAILURES RESULTING FROM THE USE OF OUR TOOLS. YOU OPERATE YOUR SWARM INFRASTRUCTURE AT YOUR OWN RISK.
